We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax.

Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Our stay at Tropical Isle was excellent! Beach access was within steps of our condo, maybe 50 feet total. Beach chairs and Umbrella was set up daily for us. Our condo was very clean. We plan on visiting again!

We loved our stay here! Everything was VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Directions to get in and about the home were well communicated and clear. View was spectacular. It is a quiet building, and the beach service was great! A cleaning spray or wipe would have been appreciated, but honestly that is the ONLY thing I would have different about this amazing place. Do not hesitate to vacation here!

Everything was great the only issue is that there were no curtains so it was very bright in the morning making us wake up earlier than it was planned. Also our upstairs neighbor woke us up very early, becauae we could hear every footsteps taken. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall Experience was good. The location of the rental was very nice. The layout of the unit was perfect, and the unit came fairly well stocked with kitchen tools and accessories.
The beds were not very comfortable, and pillows hard (bring your own pillow if you want soft pillows) The TV in the living room was quite small compared to 2021 standards, but we spent most of our time outside. If it had been storming more, it might have been nice to watch a movie on a bigger TV. Otherwise the room was nicely laid out and decorated in an inviting way. Thanks!

Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. Sugar Sands is so easy to work with and kept us informed at every step. Thank you.

Great location! I was so disappointed to find that none of the 3 TVs were smart TVs so we weren’t able to stream and movies, I know to some that isn’t a big deal but to us it was bc we usually do family movies at nite. There is a full length mirror in master bedroom which is a huge plus to me and my teenage daughter! This was our first time on a bottom floor, it was definitely easier access to everything but we missed the balcony views and everyone who walked by could see directly in the condo. Overall wasn’t bad I just wish I would of known about the TVs.

The unit was exceptionally clean, had plenty of space for our family of 5, and had a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The air conditioning in the unit cools very well, and the water in the shower and sink get very hot. I absolutely loved this unit, and hope to stay their again soon!

Beautiful colors, decor and new furniture. This condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen stocked better than any we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds have beautiful landscaping.

The view from our room was perfect, beach and pools. It was a very nice unit. The whole experience was easy and great. Customer service was excellent. Also I’d recommend visiting McGuires for at least one dinner. It’s only a few miles from resort and worth every penny! The tiki hut at resort was great as well.
