The property description was very accurate explaining that construction was nearing completion. The unit was very clean and stocked very well. The ice maker wasn't working but the management informed us of that prior to our arrival and offered to have bagged ice there for us. We would most definitely recommend this unit. It is so close to the beach and a short drive to so many of the restaurants that we enjoy eating at.

The condo was in a great location for the beach & restaurants. Very clean. Enough dishes & pots/pans if you choose to cook. Maintenance needs to attach the dishwasher so as not to fall out & fix one of the elements on the stovetop. Didn't hinder us though in anyway. Work book again. Had a great time!

We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax.

Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

What I liked best is going to the beach. My son and grandson could go fishing and I could walk the beach and seat under the umbrella and read a book. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was great to be able to cook if we wanted to.

Overall place was great, had unit for two weeks. Things I'd like changed/updated - THAT couch has got to go!! Rolling bar cart would be great for food prep area (very little counter area) Floor lamp would be nice addition. Where I live at night it is DARK so pole light in parking lot shining thru blinds was bothersome so bought black sheet to cover window so maybe some kind of shade that could be drawn. Shower could use LOT more pressure. Things I like - SO CLOSE TO BEACH!! Murphy bed was comfortable and by having it really opened up floor space. Well within walking distance to some great places to eat. Had an issue with heat first night so management sent space heaters right away. Other guests were friendly. Unit is on ground floor and beach side so really quiet at night. All in all a great place to spend time out of wintery Illinois. I'll be back!

This condo could not have been located better. The back door led you right to the pool, but not directly on top of the pool where you can hear everyone in it either. It’s a literal 5 minutes from all of the best eating places, and the beach access is connected to the pool. Fantastic place and location.

This is our second time staying at Aqua Villa, the first in this unit. The location could not be better. Just steps away from the beach. We loved that the beach service was included & already set up for us. We also love the smaller size of this building. The beach area right in front of the condo is much less crowded than the high rises.

Our week was perfection & we had everything we needed. The only thing to note for future guests is that the designated smoking patio is directly below this balcony. So if you are a non-smoker that might be something to consider. We loved our stay & will be back!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The location was perfect for us, and we loved the convenience of the pool, ocean, and parking. The chair service each day at the beach was fantastic! The unit fit our needs and was very clean. Some minor maintenance or updates are needed, but I would not hesitate to stay here again as is. The only downside to this unit is the lack of view, as the sand dunes are in front of the patio. But the convenience of the location on the ground floor outweighed our lack of an ocean view.
