We had a wonderful and restful stay. The view out the window was amazing. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and our morning coffee on the porch. The beach chair service and short walk to the beach made for an easy beach day.

We loved our stay. Just a few steps to the beach. We loved the outside shower at the pool. It was so nice to rinse off and not track sand into our unit. Unit was neat and clean. Furniture was a little worn but overall a great location and we will come again.

Everything was accessible, staff was helpful, location was within walking distance to numerous activities & restaurants. It might be helpful to tell future guests what type of laundry detergent to bring; also, we didn't know until our last night that the latch on the door handle of the washer/dryer was cracked & the unit never went into its dry cycle (we had to bring a sack of wet laundry home). Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Comfortable condo for our family or 4 for a weeklong trip. Complimentary beach chair service was great. Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

This property is in a fantastic location, and the views cannot be beat! We so appreciated the quiet beach, friendly host, and the clean condo. The pictures are exactly as it is and a few updates would be nice, but we would definitely stay here again.

Overall place was great, had unit for two weeks. Things I'd like changed/updated - THAT couch has got to go!! Rolling bar cart would be great for food prep area (very little counter area) Floor lamp would be nice addition. Where I live at night it is DARK so pole light in parking lot shining thru blinds was bothersome so bought black sheet to cover window so maybe some kind of shade that could be drawn. Shower could use LOT more pressure. Things I like - SO CLOSE TO BEACH!! Murphy bed was comfortable and by having it really opened up floor space. Well within walking distance to some great places to eat. Had an issue with heat first night so management sent space heaters right away. Other guests were friendly. Unit is on ground floor and beach side so really quiet at night. All in all a great place to spend time out of wintery Illinois. I'll be back!

This was an amazing condo with great beach views! It was clean upon arrival and was decorated very beautifully with comfortable furniture. We had all that we needed for a relaxing stay of enjoying the pool and beach. The pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was nice, altho it was small and always busy! The beach is beautiful and the chair service was nice on the beach. The only downside to this condo is the fact they didn’t provide pool/beach towels. I’m sure it’s not a problem for many who drive to this destination, but it is when flying since luggage space is at a premium! I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We highly recommend staying at Aqua villa. From the short walk to the beach to the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the chairs provided as well. Our family of 4 will definitely be staying here again. The bunk beds were a hit for our two littles. Very spacious and clean with nice appliances. We are already planning our next trip here soon!

Unit was small but this was what we wanted to a quilt weekend. Decorated very nice. Nice sized bathroom with separate shower and tub. Loved the lazy river on bayside. It was too cold for the beach.

Some coffee cups have gone missing, we only had 1. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The location was perfect for us, and we loved the convenience of the pool, ocean, and parking. The chair service each day at the beach was fantastic! The unit fit our needs and was very clean. Some minor maintenance or updates are needed, but I would not hesitate to stay here again as is. The only downside to this unit is the lack of view, as the sand dunes are in front of the patio. But the convenience of the location on the ground floor outweighed our lack of an ocean view.

The unit has gorgeous views with a welcoming balcony. The unit was very clean, the grounds are kept wonderfully. The beds are all very firm, so if you require a firm mattress this would be ideal. For my family, we are used to memory foam and like ours softer. Besides the mattresses it was a nice unit, could use some updates.

It was very easy to locate the property, access the unit, and all of the listed amenities. The property is also super close to all of the activities we had booked like the Gulfarium and boat cruises from the HarborWalk village.
