We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax.

Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Lovely reetreat with my husband celebrating our anniversary. Well maintained condo overlooking the ocean and beach. Very peaceful and restful and clean. We had an issue getting in because we had the wrong door code but they quickly responded. Professional communication from everyone including Al who works at Pelican Isle and our housekeeper Tenesia. Great amenities. Can use a pizza cutter. And perhaps a listing of restaurants or things to do as we don't know how to use Alexa.

this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

My husband and I took a few days away together! Sugar Sands was very responsive and our condo was well kept and clean. The resort as a whole was super nice and we spent a lot of time on the bayside in the lazy river. The location is perfect being one of the last condos on Okaloosa island. Minimal traffic while still being close to everything. Once we returned home, I realized I left my purse in a drawer back at the condo. I called and they immediately went and retrieved it and shipped it back to me with everything still present (including a large sum of cash). Thankful for their honesty and communication!

The unit was exceptionally clean, had plenty of space for our family of 5, and had a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The air conditioning in the unit cools very well, and the water in the shower and sink get very hot. I absolutely loved this unit, and hope to stay their again soon!

Good. Nice place, clean, all stuff needed for a stay. View was great. Only issue was only one elevator was operational during our stay. So, it was a long walk to the one that worked and there were waits to get on because of all the users only having access to one working elevator.

Scheduling and payments were easy to navigate. We received confirmation and correspondence to assure an easy check in with lots of good information and instructions. Loved our location at Azure 403. Easy trash disposal across the hall and a close elevator on our end that was less crowded. The outdoor furniture was perfect. Loved the tall stools to look at the gorgeous view above the railing. Condo was clean and well equipped. Furnished nicely! Loved the ALL KING BEDS AND PRIVATE BATHROOMS!! Allowed privacy for our adult family. Great quality time with family.
Note: Our other daughter rented another condo on the same property for the same time. No comparison! Theirs need MUCH improvement!

Love the location of this condo. Our 10 yr old granddaughter was with us she loved the lazy river and the pools. Just a nice walk on the beach to the restaurants and shops . Eat inside or out by the beach. So much fun.
