This is my second time staying in this unit and it was just a great as the first time. The new oven, microwave, and fridge was a great improvement to an already great unit. Really only thing missing was a spatula. Guessing this was either accidently taken by a prior guest.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful time visiting the Panhandle area for the first time in many years. Very nice amenity to have chairs and umbrella ready each morning. The attendants were super friendly and helpful-- please pass that along to them. FWB is a good location to see many things in the Destin -to- Pensacola region. We got to see a lot. And the quiet time at the beach right there at Summerlin was great--relaxing and quiet. We'll definitely be in touch for future visits. ( Only rating below that was not 5 star-- kitchen needed some more bowls and silverware.)

Overall place was great, had unit for two weeks. Things I'd like changed/updated - THAT couch has got to go!! Rolling bar cart would be great for food prep area (very little counter area) Floor lamp would be nice addition. Where I live at night it is DARK so pole light in parking lot shining thru blinds was bothersome so bought black sheet to cover window so maybe some kind of shade that could be drawn. Shower could use LOT more pressure. Things I like - SO CLOSE TO BEACH!! Murphy bed was comfortable and by having it really opened up floor space. Well within walking distance to some great places to eat. Had an issue with heat first night so management sent space heaters right away. Other guests were friendly. Unit is on ground floor and beach side so really quiet at night. All in all a great place to spend time out of wintery Illinois. I'll be back!

Overall Experience was good. The location of the rental was very nice. The layout of the unit was perfect, and the unit came fairly well stocked with kitchen tools and accessories.
The beds were not very comfortable, and pillows hard (bring your own pillow if you want soft pillows) The TV in the living room was quite small compared to 2021 standards, but we spent most of our time outside. If it had been storming more, it might have been nice to watch a movie on a bigger TV. Otherwise the room was nicely laid out and decorated in an inviting way. Thanks!

Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.

Condo was gorgeous! Extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches, breathtaking views, well equipped kitchen, balcony had plenty of seating, covered parking, and rental included two beach chairs and umbrella service daily. We loved our time at the condo and hope to book again!
Coffee pot was not working correctly and I called maintenance. A brand new coffee maker showed up the next morning! That was truly exceptional service! Thank y’all!
Only issue was master shower was not draining well. Left a note for maintenance.
Truly a beautiful beautiful spot and loved the 7th floor! Spent countless hours sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the ocean! On Wednesday night fireworks are let off on the pier- enjoyed watching them from the balcony!

It was very easy to locate the property, access the unit, and all of the listed amenities. The property is also super close to all of the activities we had booked like the Gulfarium and boat cruises from the HarborWalk village. This was a huge plus with two small children to quickly get back to the condo for nap times and forgotten items.

We had a great stay with Sugar Sands at Azure 403. The property was spacious, king beds in all 3 rooms, and a private bath for each. The unit is clean, modern, and very nice! The balcony overlooks the pool and beach and provides a perfect spot to relax. If I have to find a negative, my only thing would be mattress firmness. If you like plush or soft mattresses, these are not it. I would still highly recommend Sugar Sands and this unit.
