Beautiful home to rent with breathtaking views of the gulf. We found it comfy, quiet and very relaxing. The floor could use a good mopping and the rug needs cleaning, but overall it was clean and tidy. Comfy beds, great A/C unit, nice kitchen, w/d was great too.

Condo could use an upgrade on furniture, couch and 2 chairs in living area. For someone 6 feet it was difficult to sit and get back up. Furniture too low to the ground.

It was a perfect last minute get away weekend!. The hosts were so helpful and everything was so clean. The place I stayed in was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. And it is close to the beach and has beautiful pools. I will be back!

Up on first entering the condo we noticed it was very clean. We enjoyed every minute! Perfect for a relaxing vacation. If you needed something quick like ice or a Coke it was a very short walk to the convenience store next door. In the condo is a small closet equipped with boogie boards, and sand toys if you forgot those items. The rental comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella from about 8am until about 6 pm (that was so helpful, less to tote to the beach). Walking to the beach was easy even with a cooler, bag, and a child (just across the parking lot). My grandson enjoyed the pool. If you’re looking for tourists adventures Destin is a short drive away, and the stay comes with a complimentary ticket to many events. We did a dolphin tour and it saved us the price of an adult ticket. My only suggestion is bring extra blankets for lounging. After a long day at the beach and a shower we wanted to cuddle up in a soft blanket. Last but definitely not least, Beverly was amazing! Very helpful with anything you need. We had a great stay!!

Comfortable condo for our family or 4 for a weeklong trip. Complimentary beach chair service was great. Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

Overall, the experience was great! Condo was clean and had the basics that we needed. The balcony chairs in the photos did not represent the actual chairs currently on the balcony....that was a minor issue as I selected this condo with bar height chairs so the beach could be viewed without looking through the rails. Master bed was very comfortable. Beach chair/umbrella service was very nice! I would stay in this condo again.

This condo is great if you want to be close to the pool! The pool is literally steps away from the back door. We had 2 adults and 4 children with us and there was plenty of room for us. We never felt crowded. The property was clean but it took us until day 4 to realize we had to flip a light switch to turn the TV on. We spent most of our days at the beach, which had chairs and an umbrella inlcuded, or the pool. We did go deep sea fishing on Lady Em and WOW what an experience!

The water was extremely warm which caused an eerie, amazing fog on the water in the mornings which made it even more special. Beverly was so very helpful and easy to work with for the reservations. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is becasue the propert didn't have but one rinse shower in the middle by the pool. Extremely inconvenient when coming in off the beach on the west side. We thoroughly enjoyed our top floor condo rental - fully furnished with plenty of sleeping spaces, 1.5 baths, and the most amazing view of the gulf! We rented during construction so missed out on using our balcony, the pool, and the hot tub - but we got a great discount due to this! Two beach chairs with umbrella included daily and a simple few steps to the beach access! Condo right by the elevator and parking spot near the ground level elevator. We would love to rent again when construction is complete!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything from the view, the cleanliness of the condo, amenities and location was everything I was expecting and more. We were warned about the upcoming maintenance work which wasn’t a big deal but the only downfall was not being able to sleep in but it did not interrupt our time on the deck drinking coffee, pool or beach time! Would definitely stay here again!
