We thought the condo was great. SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!!!! We really liked the layout of the condo. Our only suggestion was to add a deadbolt lock high on front door, only because the childrens bedroom was next to the front door.

Island Princess #305 is an exceptional condo to stay in on Okaloosa Island. The photos depict how pleasant it is and we loved having it for the week. All the furniture is quality and very comfortable. The beach service was excellent, which we thoroughly enjoyed due to great weather. The water was spectacular. Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals is very responsive and helpful. The staff went above and beyond to offer assistance if needed. We should be so fortunate to be able to return to Island Princess #305. Great place! Clean, comfortable and very spacious for our party of 4. Easy access to beach. Easy drive in / drive out and close proximity to restaurants. We definitely look forward to staying here next summer! I would like to suggest that a blender be placed in the unit so we could make piña coladas and margaritas. :)

We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants but still quiet enough to relax.

Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a big difference.

Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Our stay at Tropical Isle was excellent! Beach access was within steps of our condo, maybe 50 feet total. Beach chairs and Umbrella was set up daily for us. Our condo was very clean. We plan on visiting again!

We loved our stay here! Everything was VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Directions to get in and about the home were well communicated and clear. View was spectacular. It is a quiet building, and the beach service was great! A cleaning spray or wipe would have been appreciated, but honestly that is the ONLY thing I would have different about this amazing place. Do not hesitate to vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay at the tropical isle immensely! The furniture seemed a little dated, but the place was clean. We were close to the water and the pool was pretty empty when we wanted to hang out, which we loved. There is also a convenient store right next door and an aldis like five minutes away, which came in handy! The only problem we had was the pullout couch was broken, springs couldn’t attach to the frame due to tears. I let the property manager know and they were quick to apologize for the inconvenience and brought up an air mattress. It was a little big, blocking the walkway from living room to kitchen and getting from the door to the living room, but we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t too bad, until we were in for the night. It slept much better than the pullout couch, though! ��
It was a great place at a great price and the property manager, Jesse, was very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we have already!

We had the best time! This is a hidden gem! We loved the location and check in was a breeze. The condo is not crowded. We never searched for a parking spot or a place to sit on the beach or pool - like many high-rise condos. My only suggestion- the patio furniture is ready to be replaced. We like to eat dinner outside, and the chairs are coming apart. We spent our last night looking at future dates! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our unit 408 was extremely nice. Loved everything about it. Spent lots of time on the beach and balcony relaxing. The umbrella and two chairs are a must for us when choosing a condo. Also gulf front is another requirement. 408 met all of our expectations. Was so appreciative of the multiport charging station and the closet cabinet in the living room. Sugar Sands is so easy to work with and kept us informed at every step. Thank you.

It was amazing. I absolutely loved the experience and accommodations. The location is perfect, everything was within minutes and I didn't have to leave the room. The pool is right outside the door, the house was very clean, the beach is one minute walk. The only thing I could have wanted was curtains in the double bed bedroom. The room is off of the parking lot and the light was bright. Nothing to much. Amazing place and experience.

Scheduling and payments were easy to navigate. We received confirmation and correspondence to assure an easy check in with lots of good information and instructions. Loved our location at Azure 403. Easy trash disposal across the hall and a close elevator on our end that was less crowded. The outdoor furniture was perfect. Loved the tall stools to look at the gorgeous view above the railing. Condo was clean and well equipped. Furnished nicely! Loved the ALL KING BEDS AND PRIVATE BATHROOMS!! Allowed privacy for our adult family. Great quality time with family.
Note: Our other daughter rented another condo on the same property for the same time. No comparison! Theirs need MUCH improvement!

Love the location of this condo. Our 10 yr old granddaughter was with us she loved the lazy river and the pools. Just a nice walk on the beach to the restaurants and shops . Eat inside or out by the beach. So much fun.

IP 115 is a great unit. The three full bedrooms/baths worked out well for our group and we prefer the 1st floor for several reasons. However, just note that you do not get a view of the ocean. We spend a lot of time at the ocean so that did not matter to us. The ice maker in the kitchen did not work but everything else seemed to be in good working condition. Unit was very clean. We would use this unit again. The condo complex did a great job of cleaning up the pool and general areas every day. Rental chairs being included was great also, however, you have to pay to reserve the front row so be prepared to sit in the back row even during slow season. A lot of the front chairs were empty most days even though they were reserved.

Fantastic clean location! The porch is a shared porch which is the walkways to get to get to each room. But you can walk down to the main floor and they have tables and chairs. Super easy walk to the beach! Sugar sands was super responsive and helpful!
