The most important feature for an enjoyable stay is cleanliness and this unit was immaculate! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and nice appliances. The unit is small but the amount of storage was more than adequate. Thought we had an issue with a TV and the ice maker, got immediate help from mgmt. Turned out to be user error. Decor is a bit dated for our taste & popcorn ceiling needs to go. Enjoyed out visit overall.

Our stay at Tropical Isle was excellent! Beach access was within steps of our condo, maybe 50 feet total. Beach chairs and Umbrella was set up daily for us. Our condo was very clean. We plan on visiting again!

Comfortable condo for our family or 4 for a weeklong trip. Complimentary beach chair service was great. Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

We enjoyed our stay at the tropical isle immensely! The furniture seemed a little dated, but the place was clean. We were close to the water and the pool was pretty empty when we wanted to hang out, which we loved. There is also a convenient store right next door and an aldis like five minutes away, which came in handy! The only problem we had was the pullout couch was broken, springs couldn’t attach to the frame due to tears. I let the property manager know and they were quick to apologize for the inconvenience and brought up an air mattress. It was a little big, blocking the walkway from living room to kitchen and getting from the door to the living room, but we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t too bad, until we were in for the night. It slept much better than the pullout couch, though! ��
It was a great place at a great price and the property manager, Jesse, was very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we have already!

This was a very nice unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a full sized washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The living room furniture was comfortable, unlike many of the condos we have stayed in. This unit is directly over the pool, which was very crowded and noisy most of the time. It would be great if you had older kids who could go to the pool alone and you wanted to watch them from the balcony. The balcony on this unit is large and has comfortable chairs but it sticks out from the other balconies and is very visible from the pool and the balconies on each side, which leaves you very exposed while sitting outside on the balcony. The pool area was nice and clean but the pool was really not big enough for a property this size. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in this condo.

Condo was great! Sugar Sands staff did a awesome job. The construction was a headache but we were warned before our trip and given the option to get a refund. A discounted rate instead would have been nice. Would have been nice to have a larger property sign. It can be difficult to see at night where the drive was located

Awesome will definitely book this condo in the future.The only thing it needs is a pizza pan and some cookie sheet pans and pot holders. Beds were comfortable but will probably need new mattress in master. I only say that because it is starting to have a dip in the middle. The living room furniture is also starting to show some wear but still comfy.
