Dogs are welcome with the following restrictions:

**Maximum weight: 40 lbs.
**Pet fee: $100 non-refundable pet fee.
**Number of dogs: One dog is permitted; two dogs may be allowed with prior approval.
**Beach: Dogs are not permitted on Okaloosa County beaches. Violations may be subject to fines of up to $500.
**Common areas: Dogs are not permitted to use the condominium's common areas for walking or pet relief. Dogs must be
taken off the property for bathroom breaks, and dog owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
**Leash requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times while being taken to and from the unit.
**Elevators: Dogs may only ride in the elevator while being held.

**Please consider these restrictions carefully before bringing your dog, as they are condominium and/or county rules and must be followed throughout your stay.

Beach Service: Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available directly through the beach vendor for an additional fee.
