This peaceful beach side condo is located on the 2nd floor and offers a beautiful morning sunrise view! Great for a couple's retreat or solo traveler, this cozy condo has all the amenities you'd need (and more!) for a fabulous vacation!
The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen with a two range burner, microwave, and refrigerator for all your dinning needs! Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves on a generous queen size bed. Also included is a twin small futon that would accommodate a child. The unit is also updated bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious closet.
The designated path out to the beach is fewer steps than high rise properties which include elevator rides and long boardwalks. Drive directly to your front door, enjoy the close beach and condo side pool, while sitting outside and loving the beautiful sunset.

Okaloosa Island has been a favorite beach resort for nearly a century and it remains a family favorite today. People are to **** picky. For the price, you couldnt beat it. Away from all the traffic, easy to get to, quiet and cozy, bed was comfy and had 4 pillows, no cigarette can outside the door, nothing was clogged, the mirror is an average height, the shower had enough room for 2, and no odd smells. Yes, there was traces of sand on the floor - its the beach, not your grandmas basement. Everything was right there and the ocean was a few steps away. Everything worked, had zero issues! Id recommend this place and would stay again.

Great location, quiet and near anything you want or need. Overall our suite was clean.
The bed and the pull out were uncomfortable as well as the pillows.
The only mirror in the suite is the small one above the sink. Could use more shelving or storage for bathroom items or a bigger vanity at the sink. It would make morning routines easier.
No oven and no toaster oven so baking anything was not possible.
Some decks had chairs outside to sit on, ours did not
I understand you get what you pay for and this suite was affordable. I would rather pay a little more next time
