Everything was great. Unit had everything we needed. Unit was clean when we arrived. All codes provided worked as they should. My only complaint would be the televisions. It would be fantastic if the televisions had a function to easily cast from our phones to the tv. If there was a way, we could not figure it out, pretty frustrating.

my friend and I really enjoyed the location of our condo.. We loved sitting on the enclosed balcony, hearing the roaring ocean, watching the sea birds,surfers and more! 408 Island Princess is in a great location on the beach within walking distance of several restaurants. The unit comes with a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, which were set up on the beach for us each morning, a $300 value! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of hangers in the closet. I decided to do a last-minute beach trip, the VRBO pickings were slim so I was so surprised when I arrived at such a clean, well-maintained condo front and center on the gulf. The property is in a great location quiet- less crowds on the beach but right around the corner from 98 and everything you could want to do. The unit is very well maintained with plenty of kitchen tools if you want to cook, the furniture is comfortable in good condition, the layout would work great for a small family and there are lots of games/puzzles for family time off the sand. When I arrived I noticed that the living room ceiling was a little discolored and needed to be painted but the rest of the place was immaculate so I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness. For a last-minute booking this was one of the top 5 condos I have rented in the pan-handle and I have been coming down here for 20+ years.

Rounded balcony with an amazing view. Great area, I felt super safe. Very clean. Perfect amount of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The child safety lock on the sliding door was screwed in and out of my kids reach, which was a huge relief and something the other units didn't have.
I would consider bringing your own toiletries. They did provide bar soaps and dish washing powder, but no shampoo, conditioner, or actual dish soap/sponges.
If you have small ones, I'd suggest packing plastic cups and plates for them. There was plenty of dishware, but it was all glass/ceramic.

Arrived in Ft Walton October 15th for a short weekend trip with grandsons ages 6 and 8. They were very excited to sleep in bunk beds. The property was as described; it was clean and had all the conveniences that were listed on web site. Beach access was easy and the view was terrific. Parking was easy. Door and beach code were incorrect but was easily remedied with a phone call. We definitely would stay there again. Everyone had a great time.

It was wonderful, but wasn't long enough!! The view was perfect. The pool below was a tad noisy at times and not any privacy over the pool, but only because of the way the balcony on this unit is set up. The room was clean and quiet (other than the pool at night when we'd turn the air off and open our balcony doors). If I returned, I would go during the off season, which is usually when we visit the beach!!

Like the property , very clean well kept. I did not like that it was dead center of the pool so you could not sit on your porch and enjoy due to kids screaming in pool.

Condo was great with a great view on the beach. Very well kept condo and Sugar Sands Rentals were great! Beverly was wonderful. Will definitely use them again.
