This Luxurious 2BR/2BA condo is newly renovated with new flooring, cabinets, furnishings, and appliances. Spacious accommodations come with gorgeous views of the beach. The living room is furnished with an entertainment center, a super large smart TV, Blu-ray player. sleeper sofa and recliner. The Dining area offers dining for four in addition to seating at the breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with new small and major appliances and plenty of new quality cookware and utensils that make meal prep and dining a pleasure. Spacious kitchen cabinets and pantry. Plantation shutters for natural lighting and total privacy. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and Blu-ray player, a chair, small desk/chair, large closet and balcony access. The condo was as portrayed in the pictures. I stayed in this exact condo 3 years ago and they have done some updating. I thought the beds were too soft so the pull out sleeper sofa worked for me. We ate at Stubyes just down the street and it was wonderful. The Magnolia Grill is always delicious. And the shrimp and grits at The Shack was incredible. You will enjoy this beautiful condo.
