The condo has to be one of the best units in the complex for a small family. It had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The living area felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean on arrival. We enjoyed the short walk down the beach to numerous restaurants and shops. Oasis has really good coffee that I wish I found earlier in the stay. We would certainly stay here again.

I was really happy with my stay at Destin West Gulfside G503. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The bunk bedroom was quite small, and as noted in the description, best suited for kids. You could sleep 6 people there, but that wouldn't be a comfortable situation. Cleanliness was good, the kitchen had virtually everything you might need, and the view of the gulf was very nice. The parking garage is nice and not far from the condo. It's an easy walk to the Boardwalk which has several restaurants and a couple shops. Traffic on highway 98 is pretty crazy, so while I was hoping to do some biking directly from the condo, I decided that wasn't a safe option. Walking into FWB is not a problem; there are sidewalks that go all the way into the city. The property seems to be very well maintained.

This place was wonderful. The decor was a little dated, and it was a little small, but the amenities more than made up for it! The pool right outside the unit is huge and clean. Not terribly crowded. The other pools were a little more crowded, but the lazy river was fun. The beach access was perfect. It was only steps from the elevator and it was beautiful. Rentals for umbrellas and chairs were included, and we were able to leave our stuff there when we wanted to take a break for lunch. There are a bunch of small showers on your way back from the beach to get the excess sand off. Everything was a breeze. And the in unit washer/dryer was such a convenience. Was able to keep what we packed to a minimum. I would highly recommend this property!

Room was clean! View was great of pool & ocean. Sliding door was difficult to open & shut. Master bedroom didn’t cool as much as the rest of the condo. Maintenance came quickly & tried to fix this. Plug in cover was also missing in the master bedroom & maintenance addressed this. No place to store clothes in 2nd bedroom.

Wonderful condo with a stunning view! Everything we needed or even could have wanted was available to us. This unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for a quick get away. Great owner to work with. The quick walk to the pier and several restaurants was very convenient. The chairs and umbrella provided were so appreciated.
