Unit was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. Saw earlier complaints about the bed in this unit prior to reserving, but we had no issues with it. Slept fine. View is beautiful. This unit did not come with complimentary beach service set up, but the owners did provide chairs and an umbrella. Probably more comfortable than the chairs offered by the beach service, honestly. I do wish additional shower/ sand rinse areas coming from the beach were located near the boardwalks as you travel to and from the beach. The one area they have for that is near the center of the complex and the pool area, which is understandable. I’d still stay there again without hesitation.

Excellent property very clean and quiet Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Only thing I would suggest is for the owner to invest in pod coffee pot that is what most people are using so when you have to buy filters and ground coffee you have leftover to deal with no big deal would rent this property again

Just as described, great location, great value. Management checked in with us the day prior to make sure we had all of the information and that questions were answered. The complex was clean, and orderly as was the unit. The work-out room was lacking. We used this as a location to catch our breaths and to grieve/process after my mom passed away. It was a wonderful location and met our needs (family of 6) perfectly. The beach is clean and peaceful. The pool and hot tubs were clean and temps good. Need to replace the ironing board, batteries for remote controls (not that we watched much tv) and get a better locks for the bedroom and bathrooms (one wiggle and they open). Otherwise, really good experience. We will be back if time permits. Thank you

This unit had everything my best friend and I needed to relax for the week!!! Exactly as described, including a couple bonus beach chairs and umbrella! The beach chairs could be replaced (they left rust spots on my towel) but that is literally the only negative I have to say. The view from the unit was everything, and the location of the unit at the end of the building meant we could walk right down the stairs, out the door and onto the SUGAR white sand. The property is towards the west end of the island which means walking to any restaurant is a little far but worth it for the quiet residential vibe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
