You can’t actually see the beach from the property but, it was a 10 second walk across a side street. Nice and clean. Pool is in the perfect spot so there is shade in the afternoons after a day at the beach. Downside- the sun rises directly on the bedroom with no black out curtains. A/C was a little louder than I’m use to but it kept the house 72.

We enjoyed the location and condo in general. I would recommend to a friend or come back and stay again. We noticed a little noise from the upstairs condo while we were in the living room, but no noise while we were in the bedroom. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, I hope someone fixes it before the next customers stay. Overall, a very nice place, clean and mostly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The beach access was right across the street. The kitchen is fully furnished with new non-stick pots and pans and anything else you may need.

This unit was newly remodeled with updated flooring and a kitchen appliances. Brand new pots and pans and any utensils you could possibly to cook. 2 coffee makers 1 regular pot and 1 kcup. Huge 65-70 inch tv with a sound bar system. The beach access is literally right in front of the back door. For the price you absolutely couldn’t beat it. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner as he was in the town and wanted to make sure I didn’t need anything this gentleman takes extreme pride in his units and it certainly shows!!! 10/10 recommend and will be back!!!

Isle because of the proximity to Beach and Tom Thumb store. WE come to the island to be on the beach. Not eat seafood and drink in local bars. Nothing wrong with those things if thats your vibe. We’ve stayed at this complex the last three years. This is the perfect complex for an older couple. Close to the beach and not far from shopping and restaurants. We won’t stay anywhere else. The units have been immaculate and if you have a need, a phone call to the rental office is all it takes.

The condo was very comfortable and updated. Nice furniture!! Great location within walking distance to the beach, seriously steps away. There was not a vacuum and it gets really sandy quick. There is an outdoor shower/hose at the pool area to rinse off the sand before coming in, glad we figured that out. I think it would be nice to have curtains on the bedroom windows/door to keep the sun out if you want to sleep in. Closet had sand toys, floats, noodles, and chairs which was a nice addition. Perfect condo for a couple...with one bathroom it would be a little harder to have added guests. Roomy! Little store next door for grocery items and ice. Bring dish soap and sponge unless you want to use the dishwasher the whole time. Will return when visiting the area! Sugar Sands was a great company to rent through! Highly recommend!!!!
