this is the 2nd yr we stayed at the agua villa, 1st time stay at 301 and you get exactly what you are described..the view is gorgeous. the kitchen has every pot, pan, utensil you can think of.you were close to everything so when you did go somewhere the drive wasn't long. all the other guest at the villa were extremely nice again. we didn't want to leave

Nice quiet area, but easy to get to stores and restaurants. Beach is beautiful. Very nice updated condo, well stock kitchen for cooking. Only used the master bedroom very comfortable. Living room furniture is very comfortable. Exterior of building could use a little paint, but clean and quiet.
Pool area was nice, we spent most of our time on the beautiful beach.

We had a great time on our vacation. The Condo was just like it was described and the pictures of it accurate. The Beach access was easy and there was easy parking. My Wife had left her FitBit watch down at the pool and someone had turned it in to the property Manager. The property Manager was great and very helpful with any questions we had. From the outside you'd never see the beauty. Villa 301 was CLEAN and felt more like a COZY apartment. All the other guests and tenants were nice. The location relative to the beach was perfect, walking only a few of steps. The views felt like they were inside with you. I loved the private side balcony!! Only one thing that could possibly be fixed is the water pressure in master bathroom. This retreat was a beautiful way to start off 2022. We would MOST DEFINITELY stay again��
