This place was perfect for two adults and four children. The laundry facilities onsite made it great to do three loads at once and saved us a ton of time. The pool was a nice, quiet place to enjoy reading a book or taking a dip in the pool. The condo had beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys for us to use. The kitchen has everything you need for the week if you chose to cook there. We had an amazing time, the location is great.

This experience was wonderful! Showed up to a unit that was just as nice as in the photos. The unit was very clean! The upstairs loft was a hit with our two children and our king sized bed was comfy and easy to get a good night's rest. The balcony is set right in line with the walkway to the beach, so we had a great view. It's about a hundred yard walk to the water, maybe sixty yards to the sand. We will try and stay in this unit for every future beach trip. We love Okaloosa Island!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit, and we just love it! Considering the roomy layout, the fully equipped kitchen, and the 30 second walk to the beach - it is a GREAT deal! The unit was very clean when we arrived. It is very roomy and could house a family with several kids comfortably. We loved the loft area, although the steps up to it can be a little daunting. The 2 full bathrooms are adequate.
What I love best about this unit is that it literally takes less than a minute to walk to the beach, even though it's not right ON the beach. We love having lots of space and being so close to the beach. I also really appreciate having a fully equipped kitchen, even though we didn't really cook. We used the kitchen to warm up leftovers, and store our take-out. If you want to cook though, there are plenty of pots/pans. You'd just to bring foil, spices, and whatever food to cook. There is a Tom Thumb right next door where we got coffee and snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to a clean and comfortable condo. View from the bedroom balcony was nice. Very easy close walk right out the back to the beach. We had everything we needed, including lots of towels. The spiral staircase may be hard for some, but our kids loved having their own space and bathroom upstairs. We just kept their clothes in our room to change. No need to take luggage upstairs. All in all, this place is clean, convenient, and has a great beach vibe. My family had a great time.

We checked in to our condo to find it was very clean and accommodating. The condo had all the things we would need for our stay from linens to cookware and spacious areas to rest in. We have booked with Russ from Sugar Sands many times over the years and have always had the best experience. He has always went above and beyond to find us exactly what we needed for our vacations to Fort Walton beach. The condo is only a few steps from the sandy beach and a few steps to a convenient store for those extra snacks we may need to pickup. A clean pool onsite with a shower to wash off in when we leave the beach. Overall you can’t go wrong using Sugar Sands for your vacation rental!
