I loved our stay. The unit is a perfect location for everthing. Close to the pool but not in front of the pool, so there is not a lot of noise. around the corner from the stairs to the beach. The front door is right across from the parking garage. If you have a disability as I do. There is a handicap parking space right there. It was perfect. I like the first floor for this reason as well. It is perfect for me. I go to Ft. Walton every year. Sometimes twice a year and always stay at the Island Princess on Okaloosa Island."Island Paradise." This unit is clean and convenient and a perfect location. My Happy Place!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Ft Walton Beach and the property location was great. Being right on the beach and close to driving distance for everything made it much easier. There were a few minor things not working in our room such as the dryer and stove but management came out right away to fix stove. They also came out mostly everyday in taking laundry for us to wash which was very kind of them. The property was clean and very nice. We were walking distance to stewbys seafood really great place and mini golf. Located right on the beach was awesome. We drive a 5 minute drive to Destin and ate down at Tailfind and rode the pirate ship. Also a minute drive to the Boardwalk and ate at Crab trap, Rocking tacos, and Al's all amazing food places. We walked the pier during sunset right by our place as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others. I think we will be coming back next year!

We had a great stay at our rental. The rental was perfect for our trip, and a very clean place to stay. So close to the pool, beach and a nice lounge area right outside the door. The staff that maintains the property was very helpful. The dryer broke in the unit a few days before we left and they offered to stop by pick up our laundry to wash them and bring them back if we needed them too. I would recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

The beach is beautiful, the apartment is clean and well equipped. The pool is 50 feet away and the beach is 100 feet away from the back door. By far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed it. Food and bars close by, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The free activities included saved us so much money.

We had the best time! This is a hidden gem! We loved the location and check in was a breeze. The condo is not crowded. We never searched for a parking spot or a place to sit on the beach or pool - like many high-rise condos. My only suggestion- the patio furniture is ready to be replaced. We like to eat dinner outside, and the chairs are coming apart. We spent our last night looking at future dates! We can’t wait to come back!!!

This property is awesome. Very well maintained with only a few minor flaws. It needs more lights in the master bedroom. Some small rugs beside the bed would be nice to wipe the sand off our feet before getting unto bed. No mater what there is always going to be sand in the floor. My biggest dislike was not being able to lock our condo doors from the pool side. It needs a lock of some type. Even though the room is secluded, I still would like to be able to lock my door. Overall though, the condo was great!

We arrived May 31 thru jun 4 2023. We hadn’t stayed on okaloosa island in a while. When our kids were smaller we stayed at Ramanda inn now The Island. I asked some co workers where a good place to stay and was island princess was recommended to me .. we had an amazing time . The room was great , only fall back was being on the ground floor no ocean view ! We stayed in 105 . The upper side of that was with 7 of us and 2 being grandchildren it was easy access to pool and beach . Another plus when you come back to your room you enter thru the porch area and you don’t have to drag all the beach stuff thru the room to the porch area .. because you can never get all the sand off of everything .. that was a big plus .. the room was clean and very nice ! I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely come back. I was kind of worried about contact but they always responded and was so nice. The only reason for a 4 on about the equipment was the hot tub jets weren’t working which was not a big deal ! The pool was clean and nice !!

Our stay at 105 Island Princess was magnificent. The weather was uncertain the week we were there, but being right on the beach and next to the pool made it extremely convenient to just look outside and determine if we can go outside and enjoy the sand/pool/beach. There were a few electrical outlets that were broken throughout the condo, but we manage to find the ones that work for our phone chargers. (Recommend owner to fix broken outlets). Other than that the condo was perfect and hope to stay again next year.

We couldn’t have been happier with the location as we literally walked out onto the pool deck and across a small walkway to the beach! The unit is on a semi-private patio - people do walk past to go to the beach but about as private as you can get for a ground floor unit. Our child loved playing with the MANY beach toys and small sand/rock pile on the patio! (Don’t waste your packing space on beach toys/floats - the ones left at the unit are great!) The unit is very clean. The guest bed was not comfortable to me but the king was comfortable for my family members. Only a few minor suggestions - replace the guest mattress, put blackout curtains in the guest room (light from parking lot was extremely bright and frustrating for this darkened room sleeper), clean ceilings and air vents, and there was a strong gas odor coming from the area where the pool maintenance stuff was - perhaps check on that and make sure CO2 detectors are working well.
We would stay here again just for the awesome location! If you just want to hang at the beach with easy in and out access, it’s a great choice at a great price!
Bonus - the weather was wonderful and the water was pretty clear for most of the days. Fall Break caused the beach to be a little busier than I prefer, but you are still much better off here than the huge crowds further down at larger resorts. We also had a hard time getting our beach chairs reserved consistently, but they were accommodating. The guys who clean the shower/pool and hot
Tub areas are really hard workers and it looks great every morning!

This condo is great if you want to be close to the pool! The pool is literally steps away from the back door. We had 2 adults and 4 children with us and there was plenty of room for us. We never felt crowded. The property was clean but it took us until day 4 to realize we had to flip a light switch to turn the TV on. We spent most of our days at the beach, which had chairs and an umbrella inlcuded, or the pool. We did go deep sea fishing on Lady Em and WOW what an experience!

This condo sets on the Gulf side. There is a heated pool and hot tub steps from the back patio. Complimentary chairs are set up on the beach in high season. The condo was clean and well maintained. This was the perfect room on ground floor walking out to a patio where no one else hung out really, then around the corner is the swimming pool & jacuzzi and out the gate to the beach. THis location was perfect for my neices and their toddlers! The place was clean, had extra cots and a pull our couch in addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was stocked and worked great, it was clean and just the perfect place to maximize beach time! Location was close to everything you would ever want to do and half hour from the airport. Absolutely will be back and choose this location!

Overall Experience was good. The location of the rental was very nice. The layout of the unit was perfect, and the unit came fairly well stocked with kitchen tools and accessories.
The beds were not very comfortable, and pillows hard (bring your own pillow if you want soft pillows) The TV in the living room was quite small compared to 2021 standards, but we spent most of our time outside. If it had been storming more, it might have been nice to watch a movie on a bigger TV. Otherwise the room was nicely laid out and decorated in an inviting way. Thanks!
