What I liked best is going to the beach. My son and grandson could go fishing and I could walk the beach and seat under the umbrella and read a book. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was great to be able to cook if we wanted to.

Unit as described-very small and very basic but also very clean and nice location. Being a bottom unit you do get noise from the upstairs occupants. It is a very busy building with a lot of people coming in and out. Beach access makes it worth it all as the section of the beach is clean and not terribly busy. AC works very well. Decor is simple but comfortable. Pool area is clean and well kept too.

My family and I have spent spring or summer at this condo complex for the past six years and it never disappoints!! We love the affordability and convenience of being so close to a clean and less crowded beach just steps from your unit. The unit was clean and had everything you'd need for a getaway. The property management was polite and responsive. The only issue we had was that the TV in the bedroom kept glitching. Overall it was an awesome 2023 spring break on Okaloosa island and we will definitely be back next year!!!

Clean, no obvious fragrances in our unit (this is DELIGHTFUL - please continue this! The only scent we detected was on extra bedding for pull out couch, possibly on towels). The location was quiet, felt very safe, the unit and pool were clean. We did not worry about our vehicle being broken into. Loved the quick walk to the beach. Some unit owners were present. Very little foot traffic in the area. Other families and individuals present. Needed to contact management once for the use of beach chairs and umbrella, this was sorted within 30 minutes. Excellent location. It would be a joy to return!
