Recently spent a week with my family here. Great location. Loved every minute of it. The beach service made our stay so much better. They also had a pool, but we didnt get in once. Only issue really was the elevators. But after a day, we figured out that we had to be quick. Highly recommend this place!!!

We really enjoyed our two month stay in Florida. Beautiful weather, beautiful beaches and a very relaxing stay. Our accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Although we weren’t able to have the original unit that we rented, the substitute was very nice. We would definitely recommend Sugar Sands.

Couple of issues with the property, not our specific condo. The closest elevator to our condo was out of order our entire time there, making it less convenient to get to the beach. The hot tub was not hot one afternoon and after notifying maintenance, someone came quickly and adjusted the heat but it didn’t last long.. The only issue with our condo was the sliding glass door which was fixed the day we reported it.

Our second time at this complex and first in the unit. The needs some updating to bring it up to other rental units, especially in the hallway bath and second bedroom. Bring something to cover the window in the second bedroom as the outside light is bright and the shades don't block the light. The location is perfect, you can see the fireworks from the pier off your balcony if you don't want to walk to the beach. Beach service provided, front row everyday on the white sands and clear water.

This condo could not have been located better. The back door led you right to the pool, but not directly on top of the pool where you can hear everyone in it either. It’s a literal 5 minutes from all of the best eating places, and the beach access is connected to the pool. Fantastic place and location.

This is our second time staying at Aqua Villa, the first in this unit. The location could not be better. Just steps away from the beach. We loved that the beach service was included & already set up for us. We also love the smaller size of this building. The beach area right in front of the condo is much less crowded than the high rises.

Our week was perfection & we had everything we needed. The only thing to note for future guests is that the designated smoking patio is directly below this balcony. So if you are a non-smoker that might be something to consider. We loved our stay & will be back!

I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and described. It was immaculately clean, the bed was a dream, and the location is perfect if you're looking for beautiful beach and great pools and outdoor spaces. The resort itself is amazingly maintained-green spaces manicured to perfection and no trash on the grounds, pools always clean. All employees I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Destin West and this unit! Don't neglect the bay side of the property. It's a lovely place to sit and watch the osprey and pelicans. And, if you're budget minded, Stewby's has amazing fresh seafood at great prices-it's just not on the beach.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week. The unit was extremely nice and we were impressed with the small details that made the stay easier. Things like batteries and bandaids just in case. Things that made it more like home away from home. We definitely would stay here again. We saw dolphins every day and also experienced turtles hatching our last night. Just a great time.

Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.

The unit has gorgeous views with a welcoming balcony. The unit was very clean, the grounds are kept wonderfully. The beds are all very firm, so if you require a firm mattress this would be ideal. For my family, we are used to memory foam and like ours softer. Besides the mattresses it was a nice unit, could use some updates.
