The place was amazing!! Very clean and nicely furnished. The condo is located on the end of the building so no foot traffic from other guest past your door. The view from patio is beautiful with no obstructed view of the beautiful white sand. The thing I like most about the property was its location. It was far enough away from the touristy part of Destin to be quiet and relaxing but only 7-10 minute uber ride to the exciting night life. We never had to wait more than five minutes for an uber.

Love the remodel and gray flooring. The coach and love seat were comfortable.I have hamstring and back problems. This bedeas great for my issues.Beauitful view and easy access to the beach. Love being able to see the bay thru the kitchen window. Only suggestion I have is the small gap on the entrance door half way down should be sealed. Otherwise definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming.

This condo could not have been located better. The back door led you right to the pool, but not directly on top of the pool where you can hear everyone in it either. It’s a literal 5 minutes from all of the best eating places, and the beach access is connected to the pool. Fantastic place and location.

We had a great time and the condo had obviously been renovated quite recently. The only problem we had was with the refrigerator over cooling. The rental agency was very fast in responding and worked to fix the problem. I highly recommend Sugar Sands. They are a first rate organization.

Great property if you only have 2-3 people. Don’t go with a baby-we had to be creative in setting up our pack n play. Great location to parking and getting to the beach. Perfect for 2-3 adults and 1/2 kids. Covered parking spot was a plus as well as two beach chairs/umbrella service.

Very nice unit. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed linger. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Only complaint I have is there is no place to put your groceries except on top of the kitchen counter. The pantry is locked and I assume only for the owners. Since we were only there for 3 nights, not a big problem, but would be awkward for a week.

The unit has gorgeous views with a welcoming balcony. The unit was very clean, the grounds are kept wonderfully. The beds are all very firm, so if you require a firm mattress this would be ideal. For my family, we are used to memory foam and like ours softer. Besides the mattresses it was a nice unit, could use some updates.
