It was super easy to find and access the rental property. It was very clean and had special touches that were greatly appreciated. I especially liked the facewipes in the bathroom! It was very easy to get to the beach and was appropriately priced. We did not pay "on the beach" prices, but it could not have been easier to get to the beach. It was nice having the beach rental chairs right on the other side of the steps. The beds were comfy, tvs were nice and the place was kept up nicely. The only negative thing, which you really could do nothing about, was that you could hear every step someone takes on the upper level. But, that's the nature of staying on the main level. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Cute, quiet area. Very close to beach. Convenience of a Tom Thumb store in walking distance. The room was perfect size for the two of us , even though there are other beds if you have more. We only stayed one night but would have been perfect for multiple nights. Full kitchen would have been great for making meals. You do have to drive to get to places to eat but not far.

The Condo was bright, clean and had everything I needed for my vacation is not what you call a high end condo, but had been updated and was nice enough. It’s in an older building, but everything seemed well maintained. I thought the price was a bit high since it was not on the water and did not have a water view. But it was an easy walk to the beach. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was nice and we enjoyed it since swimming was not allowed at the beach for a couple of days because of dangerous surf and rip tides. Overall, I would recommend this condo because of it’s convenience to the ocean. But Next time I will stay where I can hear and see the ocean and it won’t cost that much more.

Our stay at Tropical Isle room 103 was a great experience. We always feel comfortable and safe at Tropical Isle. It is a smaller complex so the pool is never crowded! There is also a convenience store located right next door so those little needed items are easily obtained. The room was very clean and comfortable. 103 is located very close to the pool and the beach is just across the parking lot. I rented this condo for a week for my husband's birthday. The condo was awesome! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. It was across the street from a beautiful beach and the location was great! We were there a week before christmas so it was off season and a lot of places were closed but we picked that condo because it was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while there. The condo was clean and homey and we would definitely rent it again. The only thing I can say negative about it is sometimes the toilet didnt want to flush the first try but it wasn't a problem, just wait a minute and try again. We could also hear someone upstairs walking around but that's common anywhere you have accommodations above you. Overall it was excellent and we will recommend to everyone!

Wasn't crazy about the appearance when we first arrived, but they were in the middle of a rehab. By the time we left the building was repainted and looked great. Super cute.
We had a small issues with our room while there. I reached out to the management office and Russell came out and addressed the issue, and chatted with me for a few minutes. Super nice guy. The customer's experience is very important to him.
The kitchen equipment (pots/pans) were rusty and not in good shape. Really wasn't that big of a deal - we ate out mostly.
