My family had a four night stay in this unit after memorial day weekend. It was immaculate, sparkling clean. My kids' feet were not stained black like other places we've stayed in. The carpet was such a nice touch, unique. It was deep and soft, a nice stain resistant gray color. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, anything from measuring cups, tongs for grilling, different size spoons and forks. More plates and bowls than believable. The fridge was big and extraordinarily clean. The oven worked perfectly, vent worked well. The king size bed was showing its usage, springs were a bit used, but still comfortable. The balcony was well appointed with good seating, a nice patio rug, high chairs, it felt so good opening the large doors and allowing the nice gulf breeze to flow in. Also liked the ceiling fans in the bed and living room. Very useful. Loved the location, 3rd floor was perfect because it was near the beach but far enough from the pool to avoid the noise. Loved that the beach was so close, we'd hear the waves at night. Loved that washer dryer worked well, vacuum, broom, toilet plunger, lots of towels, laundry baskets, everything was thought out. Nothing was missing. The unit was charming, shabby chic. I gave it 4 stars because it was showing its age, cracks here and there against the walls, bathtubs were very small even for 5 ft women. Couches sink down from usage, duvet felt worn. I think to rent a vacation home requires updating these things every few years to keep up with comfort. But overall, a very good experience.

Overall, our stay was great. I was very impressed with how clean our condo was. There were a few minor things like the master bed being very uncomfortable and it was very hot in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer is also very small. I could only wash a few items at a time, so bring extra laundry pods to accommodate for the amount of laundry you will have to do. other than that, highly recommend. Sugar Sands was very easy to work with as well.

Great location with quick, easy access to the beach. Room was away from the pool which minimized noise. Getgearhere beach service of 2 chairs & 1 umbrella was awesome. However, the company's customer service was AWEFUL. You have to check in immediately for the service or you will be stuck on the back row all week. Condo owner should complain about the set up. I would if I paid that much for their service.
