We had a wonderful time visiting the Panhandle area for the first time in many years. Very nice amenity to have chairs and umbrella ready each morning. The attendants were super friendly and helpful-- please pass that along to them. FWB is a good location to see many things in the Destin -to- Pensacola region. We got to see a lot. And the quiet time at the beach right there at Summerlin was great--relaxing and quiet. We'll definitely be in touch for future visits. This location is perfect for me - close to everything but on a dead end, so not much traffic. The unit is high enough to see dolphins frolicking in the gulf. Because it is a corner unit, there are windows on the side wall, letting in much-welcomed light. The view out the patio doors is outstanding. Within a few hours of arriving, I could feel the peacefulness seeping into my bones. I noticed very little sound from the unit above. The owner was very responsive to a question I had. I would return in a heartbeat!

Our family had a magical week in the Summer 401 rental. the unit was clean and very spacious for our family. We had everything we needed in the unit to cook meals. We were able to extend our stay by one night which made it very nice and the property manager was very accommodating in setting this up for us. The only compliant would be the dishwasher wasn't level and every time you had the top full or the bottom full the whole unit would fall forward and the baskets would come sliding out.

Summerlin 401 I had a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a laid back vacation or get away.
Summerlin 401 was in a perfect location. Not far from anything you want or need.
The staff at Sugar Sands is all you could ever ask for in a rental property. Quick to respond in every way.
The property is in a smaller condo which is great if you aren’t looking for a crowded group and beach.
The beach service was great. Grab your spot in the morning and you are good until you are ready to call it a day on the beach. If you want to hold a spot just get with the beach service person and you will be set all day.
The condo is a good size and had everything we needed for our stay.

We booked this condo for my husband and I and our 4 kids and we never wanted to leave! The view is absolutely stunning you can see ocean for miles on the HUGE balcony. They have nice patio sets that my kids loved to eat breakfast on and watch the ocean. CLEAN beach. The location is perfect not touristy but definitely tons to do. Great food and shopping. The condo was very clean and spacious with all the little extra things to make your stay more homey they even have beach toys for the kids! Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big for all of us. It is very well kept and updated. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is! Communication with renters was a breeze they were kind and helpful even with last minute requests made on our end they did everything they could to accommodate our needs. This condo has a huge kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is well stocked - even items to perform baking, if one chooses to do so. The access to the parking area, pool and beach was so convenient, that I didn't have to use my portable wagon to transport items. From the condo, I was able to easily monitor the activities of the 3 teens that were on vacation with me, as I had a view of the beach and pool from the spacious outdoor porch area. Grocery and convenient stores are very close; along with a great variety of restaurants. Beverly, from the rental management team, was fantastic to work with me through a few issues that were due to the current pandemic concerns. I will definitely be returning to this rental.

This rental was very clean when we arrived. It was large enough for the five of us. We ate all our meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the beach view from our balcony and the beach was not too crowded. We never had trouble getting chair and umbrella, which is included. The management company checked on us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again. The west end is quieter than the east part of the island, which we liked.
